Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what behavior is and is not acceptable on Promptvexity. It applies to everything you post, submit, or do on the platform and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

What you may do

• Submit genuine prompt-engineering problems and solutions.
• Fork and improve existing prompts, crediting the lineage.
• Vote, review, and leave constructive feedback on other users' work.
• Use prompts and problems you discover here in your own projects.
• Report content that violates this policy using the report button.

What you may not do

Harmful or illegal content

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Upload, link to, or prompt for CSAM or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
• Promote or instruct on violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Share content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate a specific person.

Intellectual property

• Post content you do not have the right to share.
• Submit prompts wholesale copied from another platform without meaningful contribution.
• Infringe trademarks or impersonate another individual or entity.

Platform integrity

• Create fake accounts, vote-farm, or manipulate scores or rankings artificially.
• Scrape or harvest user data using automated means beyond normal API access.
• Attempt to probe, exploit, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or extract model weights, proprietary scoring logic, or backend systems.
• Use the Service to train a competing AI model without our written consent.

Spam and commercial misuse

• Post repetitive, low-quality, or keyword-stuffed content designed to game rankings.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Use the platform primarily as a link farm or SEO vehicle.

AI-generated content

You may use AI tools to help draft prompts or problems. However, you are responsible for what you submit. Submitting purely AI-generated content in bulk, or passing off AI output as human-authored expertise in a misleading way, violates this policy.

Enforcement

We enforce this policy at our discretion. Consequences range from content removal and warnings to permanent account termination, depending on severity and pattern of behavior. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Use the report button on any prompt, problem, or profile, or email contact@promptvexity.com with a description and a link to the content.
