Refund Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

We want you to feel confident about subscribing. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Free tier

The free tier requires no payment, so refunds do not apply.

14-day new-subscriber refund

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and decide it is not right for you, email us at contact@promptvexity.com within 14 days of your first charge. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked, and cancel your subscription.

This 14-day window applies once per account. Subsequent subscription periods or plan upgrades do not restart the window.

Annual plan renewal refund

We send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before each annual charge. If you miss the reminder and are charged for an annual renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.

No prorated refunds

Outside of the cases above, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then stops. You will not be charged again.

Service outages

If the Service experiences significant downtime that meaningfully impairs your use, reach out and we will work something out case by case. We do not make automated credits but we are reasonable people.

Accounts terminated for policy violations

If your account is suspended or terminated because you violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

How to request a refund

Email contact@promptvexity.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants broader refund rights (such as EU member states or the UK), those rights apply.
